Dr. Haritha Aluthge, secretary of the Government Medical Officers’ Association, said that those who prepared fake documents using forged signatures and smuggled medicines should be in jail and not in Parliament.

He also said that the representatives of the union disclosed the efficiency and irresponsible actions of the health minister during the meeting with the president today.

He has also pointed out that the problems will not be solved even if Hinavevi held media shows with the officials of the Ministry of Health.

When the representatives of the union met the president today and asked for a solution to the problems faced by the doctors and doctors leaving the country, they received positive responses, but the responses should be done in action and not verbally, the union emphasizes.
