Bimal Ratnayake, announced that the parliamentary meal schedule will be revised in the future to align with current requirements. Following this change, Members of Parliament will be able to dine within Parliament premises by paying the applicable amount.
He further stated that the decision will first be discussed in the House Committee, submitted for Cabinet approval, and subsequently communicated to the Speaker for final implementation.
