Colombo Chief Magistrate Nandana Amarasinghe today (11) issued an order banning the foreign travel of Mrs. Diana Gamage, a state minister who allegedly prepared a passport in violation of immigration laws.
This ban has been issued to be effective from the 17th of this month.
The professor also directed the Registrar of Courts to inform the Immigration Controller of this order by fax.
