Opposition to the statement made by the National People’s Force to legalize prostitution! This is a Buddhist country! A protest in front of the JVP party office! VIDEO I Sri Lanka Latest News

A new Janatha Peramuna protest was held in front of the Pelawatta head office of the Janata Vimukti Peramuna yesterday afternoon, questioning whether the legalization of prostitution under a National People’s Power government is the main program for building the country. Sri Lanka Latest News

Ms Samanmalee Gunasinghe, the executive member of the National People’s Force, said in a recent statement that prostitution will be legalized under their government. She also mentioned that there should be a system of rules for prostitution.

The New People’s Front asked what the meaning of such outrageous statements made by the representatives of a party that is trying to produce the future president was, and the New People’s Front said that this campaign was being conducted against the statements made by them by putting forward anti-social policies in a country where over 70% are Buddhists.
