The Magistrate accepted a request made by the lawyer Mr Priyantha Upali Amarasinghe, who appeared for Mr. Thilanga Sumathipala saying that although Mr. Nimal Siripala de Silva went to the residence address for several days to deliver the summons, he was not there and the private security guards who were there refused to accept the summons.
