The Humane People’s Alliance, comprising 27 political parties, civil organizations, and trade unions, has decided to support opposition leader Mr. Sajith Premadasa in the upcoming presidential election.

Today (16), numerous religious leaders and civil activists from the Humane People’s Alliance visited Mr. Premadasa’s office in Colombo. After a discussion with Mr. Ranjith Madduma Bandara, the General Secretary of Samagi Janabalawega, they announced their support for Mr. Premadasa.

During the discussion, participants expressed that Mr. Premadasa has won the hearts of the people and is the only current political leader who treats all religions and races equally.
