That was after the commencement of parliamentary proceedings.

Speaking there, the speaker mentioned that no other outsider can enter the meeting rooms during the committee meetings.

The Speaker also said that he has been informed on various occasions regarding committee chairpersons going beyond their scope of work in the committee and emphasized that all committee chairpersons are bound by standing orders to act in a manner that preserves the traditions of the Parliament for a long time.

The speaker also said that if the chairpersons of the committee bring someone else for the work of the committee in addition to the parliamentary officers, they should get their prior written permission for that.

The Speaker also emphasized that official letters should not be used for political or personal purposes under any circumstances.
