Recover the country from the current situation, the main opposition of the country, the Samagi Jana Balawegaya and the Samagi Jana Alliance, have decided to go on a common journey. Leader Sajith Premadasa said today (6).

It is decided not to bring back the usual evil political culture and make the 220 lakh people of the country suffer again and the proposal of the Samagi Jana Balawega is to restart the executive parliamentary committees with empowered powers and there is no need to burden the people by getting ministerial positions.

He also said that the good works that build the country can be supported through the powerful committees of the Parliament.

The leader of the opposition also said that he will support a common program in order to make our country a prosperous country, rather than resorting to getting the dubious ministerial posts .

The opposition leader said that a failed ruler came to power due to a wrong decision taken by the people in the 2019 presidential election and the entire country has become helpless due to his poor governance.

Deraniyagala Constituency Organizer of Samagi Jana Balavega Mr. Ranjith Polgampala’s constituency meeting was held today (06) under the chairmanship of opposition leader Mr. Sajith Premadasa.

A large number of local people participated in it.

He said that the country’s 220 lakh people are now helpless and the reason for this is the actions of a tyrannical, arrogant and incompetent government.

He said that it will take more than 5 years to bring the country to the state it was in in December 2019 and that it is false not to be deceived by the dreams of building the country in 2 to 3 months. The opposition leader said that this lie should not be allowed and the future of our children should be protected
