No dollars to clear 4 fuel ships, It is reported that the government is desperately looking for 150 million dollars to pay for four fuel ships.
Two diesel ships and a crude oil ship have already arrived at the port of Colombo and another petrol ship is scheduled to arrive tomorrow.
It is reported that part of the payments due for one diesel ship out of these four fuel ships have been paid.
It is said that a situation has arisen where the rest of the money to be paid has to be found and discussions are being held with the Central Bank for that.
