SJB organizer Niroshan Padukka stated that during discussions regarding the filing of a case against former IGP Deshabandu Tennakoon, Anura Kumara Dissanayake had shown unwillingness to proceed.
Niroshan Padukka emphasized that it was he who ultimately took the initiative to file the relevant case.
