Opposition leader Mr. Sajith Premadasa said today that the current President of Sri Lanka is engaging in a cunning strategy of spreading false propaganda just as Hitler used Goebbels and spread lies through the media during the Second World War.
The opposition leader emphasized that a mass campaign of turning truth into lies and turning lies into truth is being carried out through a group of people calling themselves journalists by insulting even real journalists.
Opposition leader Sajith Premadasa said that the current government is creating fake news that the Samagi Jana Balavegaya had negotiated to get the prime ministerial posts and that the Samagi Jana Balavegaya will never join with the current government which has been rejected by the people who have no mandate. He further requested the people.
