“She Leads the Future: Sustainable Growth with Purpose”

The National Chamber of Commerce of Sri Lanka (NCCSL) is proud to announce a landmark event commemorating International Women’s Day 2026. This year, NCCSL celebrates women under the theme “She Leads the Future: Sustainable Growth with Purpose,” which will be held on Tuesday, 10th March 2026, from 9.00 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. at the National Chamber Auditorium, Colombo.

The event is held in alignment with the United Nations’ global theme for International Women’s Day 2026: “Rights. Justice. Action. For ALL Women and Girls.” It brings together business leaders, policymakers, entrepreneurs, and community advocates to advance conversations on women’s economic empowerment and sustainable leadership in Sri Lanka.

The event presents a dynamic lineup of sessions focused on women’s empowerment, leadership, wellness, and financial independence. Key highlights include discussions on economic empowerment and sustainability, education as a pathway to leadership, financial planning for women, a wellness session by Mega Life Sciences, a session on smart food preparation by Anoma’s Kitchen, and a gender inclusivity session by the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA).

This event represents a significant platform for dialogue, learning, and community-building as Sri Lanka joins the world in marking International Women’s Day. Participants can look forward to a morning of meaningful connections, practical takeaways, and renewed commitment to women’s advancement in all spheres of life.

The program will be powered by Pan Asia Bank, along with the valued support of several partner organizations contributing to the success of this endeavour, namely:  Lady J, Sandbox Consultancy Services Pvt Ltd, Sena Mills Refineries (Pvt) Ltd., Stenco International Trading,  Finagle Lanka (Pvt) Ltd., Bellose Lanka (Pvt) Ltd., Country Style Foods (Pvt) Limited (Smak), Enchanteur, Eswaran Brothers Exports (Pvt) Ltd., Edinborough Products (Pvt) Ltd., FADNA, Jupiter Trading Co (Pvt) Ltd., Kings Hospital Colombo (Pvt) Ltd., Marawa Ceylon Cinnamon, Mega Life Sciences, Nawaloka Hospitals PLC, Pee Bee Management Services (Pvt) Ltd., St. Anthony’s Biz (Pvt) Ltd., United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), and Wijaya Products (Pvt) Ltd.
