MP Namal Rajapaksa has stated that his three MPs do not require official cabs, and that these vehicles will instead be provided to the Ministry of Health.
The MP also mentioned that the President delivered a four-and-a-half-hour speech on the budget this year and is expected to do the same next year. He emphasized that regardless of party policies, the opposition will unite this time to expose what he described as the government’s program to mislead the public.
Speaking on the matter, MP Rajapaksa noted that discussions have been held with all opposition parties, and he expects full participation from all opposition members. He added that he is awaiting developments on the 21st.
