Senior Additional Solicitor General, President’s Counsel Nalin Rohantha Abeysuriya, was sworn in as the new President of the Court of Appeal before President Anura Kumara Dissanayake at the Presidential Secretariat this morning (19).
In addition, High Court Judges Don Francis Hathurusingha Gunawardena and Aditya Kantha Madduma Patabendige took oaths as Judges of the Court of Appeal during the same ceremony, also before the President.
Secretary to the President, Dr. Nandika Sanath Kumanayake, was present at the occasion.
