A certain person took the key to his office at Union Place in Colombo and did not allow him to enter that office, Professor Tissa Witharana, who was appointed by the Podujana Peramuna, said while raising a question of privilege in Parliament.
Professor Tissa Witharana said that he does all his work from that office in Colombo’s Union Place.
Referring to the issue of privilege, Professor Tissa Witharana requested that the things in that office may be lost due to this and that he would submit this situation to the Parliamentary Privileges Committee and request a solution.
