Minister’s son attacks a boy who wrote love letter to his girlfriend

A group including a young man who claimed to be the minister’s son, who arrived in the middle of the defender vehicles while tens of thousands were waiting, brutally attacked a student who came to the class in front of a famous tutoring class in Kiribathgoda.

According to the villagers, a group of about 20 people beat the student until he bled.

In addition to the attackers, the villagers also said that a group of elite security guards dressed in black came in defender vehicles and were nearby.

It has been revealed that the young man, who pretended to be the minister’s son, had given a love letter to his girlfriend during the relevant tutoring class.

Yesterday (26th) at around 7.30 pm, people in the vicinity called the police emergency department and the Kiribathgoda police about the young man who was being severely attacked.
It was also revealed that the police had been notified saying, ‘don’t rush, I will come’ even though they have given several times.

This support class is located at a distance of about fifty meters from the Kiribathgoda police station.

When about seven policemen came there in civilian clothes with pistols at the last moment, the assailants had fled.

The villagers have indicated that the group that attacked Hunupitiya went towards Wattala Road and depending on the condition of the road in that area, they may turn around and come back.

At that time, the black Toyota 141 car in which the young man pretended to be the minister’s son came was coming towards the police again.

DIG Rohan Premaratne said in an interview that a young man who was injured in connection with this incident is in hospital and the people arrested on suspicion of the attack were released on police bail.

It has been identified that a son of a minister representing Kelaniya was here. The CCTV related to this incident continues to occur near this help desk
