The implementation of the 13th Amendment was discussed at the all-party conference chaired by the President today.

The party representatives stated that many parties have strongly opposed it.

However, the Samagi Jana Balawega, the National Jana Balawega, the Sri Lanka Freedom Party, and the Freedom National Council had taken steps to boycott the summit.
