Dr. Kavinda Jayawardena, Member of Parliament of the Samagi Jana Balawega says that he will once again submit a motion of no confidence to the Parliament against Minister Keheliya Rambukwalla, who is the mastermind of the Human Immunoglobulin scam. (Sri Lanka Latest News)
Addressing the journalists, he said that in the motion of no confidence, it will be seen whether the public representatives stand for the people, or stand for the mastermind of the blood scam.
However, a motion of no confidence was presented against Mr Keheliya Rambukwella last September, and it was defeated by 40 votes.
There, 113 votes were received against the no-confidence motion and only 73 were received in favor.
