The Chief Incumbent of the Kataragama Kirivehera Temple, Ven. Kobawaka Dhamminda Thero, arrived at the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) this morning (11).
According to reports, the summons was issued to obtain information regarding a house constructed by Kirivehera Soratha Thero during the tenure of former President Mahinda Rajapaksa.
Meanwhile, Ruhunu Kataragama Basnayake Nilame Dishan Gunasekara also appeared before the CID yesterday (10) to provide a statement concerning the same matter.
