Kasun Mahendra Heenatigala, the nephew of renowned artist Jackson Anthony, has lodged a formal complaint with the Human Rights Commission, seeking justice for the alleged injustices he endured.
In his submission, Heenatigala has also leveled serious accusations against the Officer-in-Charge (OIC) of the Athurugiriya Police.
