Due to a internel conflict the kandy branch of Human Rights Commission has been closed today (31) HRC soruces from Kandy informed.
According to the secretary of the Kandy District Human Rights Commission, the reason for this is a disagreement between the Kandy Human Rights Chairperson and the Kandy District Human Rights Commission over the appointment of the Kandy regional office.
