It is reported that the General Secretary of the JVP, Tilvin Silva, is planning to visit India.
Accordingly, it has been learned that Mr. Tilvin Silva is scheduled to leave for India within the next few days and plans to hold several rounds of discussions with the authorities of that country.
The notable aspect of this visit is that Mr. Tilvin Silva is traveling to India following a three-week-long visit to China.
On the other hand, Mr. Tilvin Silva is considered to have taken a strong anti-India stance in the past.
