Pastor Jerome Fernando, who made insulting statements about Buddhism and then went abroad, had arrived in the island yesterday (29).
A flight ban was imposed for his arrest and entry into the island which was later lifted. Accordingly, the pastor had come to the island.
The court has ordered that he should appear at the Digital Forensic Investigation Department of the Criminal Investigation Department within 48 hours of his arrival on the island.
According to that order, it is reported that the pastor who came to the Criminal Investigation Department this morning (30) is already taking notes.
