SJB MP Harsha De Silva said that the Japanese Finance Minister, who is visiting the island, said that the expenses demanded by the Japanese government should be met to start other stalled Japanese projects. Japanese Finance Minister Mr. Misukoshi said this in a discussion with the opposition leader Sajith Premadasa and the Sajaba group of MPs.
