The Sri Lanka Cricket Institute has indicated that the tournament will be held in January 2024 in Sri Lanka and that they are committed to it these days.
Especially these days, the Sri Lanka Cricket Institute says that the installation of the lighting system of the Dambulla International Cricket Stadium and the improvement of its other facilities was started relative to the 2023 Asia Cup and due to import sanctions, the work could not be completed as expected.
