It was a special event that this warship arrived at the port of Colombo a few hours before the Indian Defense Minister Rajnath Singh’s scheduled visit to Sri Lanka.
But last night the Indian Defense Ministry suddenly announced that the Defense Minister’s visit to Sri Lanka was cancelled due to unavoidable reasons.
However, the Sri Lanka Navy accepted the ship according to Navy tradition.
