Indian External Affairs Minister Dr. S. Jaishankar has stated that relations between India and China are expected to progress after experiencing a difficult period.
He emphasized that differences should not escalate into conflicts and that competition must not turn into confrontation.
Dr. Jaishankar made these remarks during a meeting with Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi, according to Indian media reports.
