In a significant move to strengthen South-South cooperation, Connect to Care and Global Health Strategies, in collaboration with the Board of Investment (BOI) Sri Lanka, hosted a high-level discussion focused on enhancing bilateral opportunities between India and Sri Lanka. The event convened key representatives from Sri Lanka’s private sector alongside potential investors from India, all driven by India’s goal of surpassing a $4 trillion GDP and aiding Sri Lanka’s economic recovery. The gathering, which included the Indian CEO Forum, Sri Lankan business leaders, the Indian High Commission, and the BOI, resulted in a consensus to establish a dedicated platform to foster and enhance collaboration between the two nations.
