It is learned that this petition has been handed over to the Colombo High Court for referral to the Court of Appeal.
Mrs. Hirunika Premachandra has requested the Colombo High Court to release her on bail as she has filed an appeal against the decision given to her.
The related request will be considered on the 4th before Colombo High Court Judge Mr. Amal Ranaraja.
