Mrs. Hirunika Premachandra filed a complaint with the Criminal Investigation Department about the sexual abuse of a pet dog by Mr. Ashubodha Marasinghe, President Ranil Wickramasinghe’s former parliamentary secretary.
Hirunika made the incident public by releasing photos of it to the media.
