Health Minister Nalinda Jayatissa has brought to light a concerning incident involving a significant pricing anomaly in the pharmaceutical sector.
According to the Minister, a medicine valued at Rs. 76,000 was reportedly sold for under Rs. 300, raising questions about pricing transparency and ethical practices in the industry.
Minister Jayatissa further stated that Alawathuwala is aware of both the name of the pharmaceutical company involved and the identity of its owner.
