Former Minister Basil Rajapaksa says that the Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna is not ready to take responsibility for the decisions taken by the current government.
He points out that although he expressed his support for the current government, it is not a government of the Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna.
Mr. Basil Rajapaksa mentioned this while joining the 360 time program that was aired on “TV Derana” last night (12).
“If we stay for a few more days without worrying, I clearly have a lot of faith that the economic crisis in our country will be solved.” Now there is no struggle. What’s the difference? The people asked to remove the person who came to give them what they asked for. He left. What happened now? Why is it not shown in the media now? Do you have food now? We do not have to be responsible to the government even if we have our blessing and support.”
