Harsha Manoj Gardhiya Punchihewa, the Chairman of the Habaraduwa Pradeshiya Sabha, which is administered by the National People’s Power (NPP), has resigned from his post.
He submitted his resignation letter this evening (21) to the Secretary of the Pradeshiya Sabha, Mrs. Ireka Dilrukshi.
According to reports, the resignation was tendered citing personal reasons.
