The Criminal Investigation Department (CID) has arrested a gunman in connection with a series of killings allegedly masterminded by former State Minister Sivanesathurai Santhrikanthan, widely known as “Pillayan.”
According to police, the suspect was apprehended in the Kattankudy area of Batticaloa.
