The following is stated in the gazette notice.
If local government bodies have announced the holding of a poll, the poll cannot be held as planned due to the country’s crisis situation. The minister’s extension period had exceeded 12 months, but the relevant dissolved assembly should be able to reconvene for a period determined by the minister.
