Mr. Ajith Nivard Cabral, the former governor of the central bank, said that he had read all 251 pages of the agreement of the financial fund and that it was very difficult to fulfill the conditions contained therein.
He pointed out that through this agreement, the country is not governed by this country, but by Washington.
But no matter how difficult it is, these conditions cannot be changed now, he said.
