Many members of the United People’s Freedom Alliance, the Sri Lanka Freedom Party and the Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna joined the Samagi Jana Balawaga at the Samagi Jana Balawega Agrarian Conference organized by the Samagi Jana Balawega in Kantale today to express their support for the country building program of the opposition leader Mr Sajith Premadasa. Among them, Ms. Ariyavathi Galappatti, who was a member of the Trincomalee Municipal Council as well as the Vice-Chairman of the Eastern Provincial Council, Minister of Education, Child Protection, Highways, Land, Provincial Pre-School Development, Cultural Arts Affairs, Trincomalee Constituency Organizer of the United People’s Freedom Alliance and the Sri Lanka Freedom Party. A group of others joined here.
Also former minister M.K.D.S. Mr. Gunawardena’s son Seruvila Sri Lanka Freedom Party organizer Mr. Nalin Gunawardena, former vice president of Kuchchaveli local council as well as Srilannippa and Pohottu organizer ASM Sajith, former member of Kuchchaveli local council MI Salim and former alliance member of Kuchchaveli local council S. Mr. Parameswaram also joined the Samagi Jana Balawega.
Also, Sri Lanka Freedom Party’s Local Government Forum Chairperson Ms. Seetha Ranjani, the local council member, also joined the Samagi Jana Balawegaya today.
