He said that this was the first time the government had made this information public.

We owe 14 billion US dollars to other countries. China holds 7.3 billion dollars of debt, or 52% of this total. Japan receives 2.7 billion yen, or 19.5% of the total. Then there are 1.7 billion people, or 12%, in India. Regardless of how we pay for it, this country will regress by at least 8.7% this year. Factories are being shut down. “Jobs are being lost.”
