Former Foreign Employment Minister Manusha Nanayakkara has reportedly signed agreements with a Pakistani mayor to facilitate employment opportunities in Korea, according to Foreign Affairs Minister Vijitha Herath.
Minister Herath stated that this move is entirely illegal, emphasizing that it has been executed without obtaining the necessary approval from the Cabinet.
