Election commission one step closer of holding election! The gazette appointing election officers is published!

The appointment of Returning Officers and Assistant Returning Officers has been announced in the Gazette in connection with the local government elections.

Section 4(1) of the Local Government Polls Ordinance grants the Election Commission the authority to issue the relevant gazette notification.
