It is reported that these security measures have been taken due to the continuous murders and other criminal activities.
Accordingly, during a search conducted by intelligence officers, several sets of army uniforms were found in a deserted house in Uragasmanhandia, Bogahawela area.
Information has been reported that the person staying temporarily in this house is a soldier who had escaped from the army.
Investigations are being conducted to find the suspect and the relevant army uniforms have been handed over to Uragasmanhandiya Police.
