It is reported that two major biscuit companies in the island are facing a major crisis due to non-buying by consumers and a huge drop in demand.
It has been learned that due to this, there has been a surplus of products and a large stock of biscuits has been piled up in the warehouses.
Accordingly, it has been learned that the relevant companies have given notice to remove the old stock from the stores and put the new stock up for sale.
