President Anura Kumara Dissanayake has appointed Dr. Najith Indika as the new Director General of Presidential Media.
Dr. Indika, a distinguished alumnus of Hambantota Ranna Maha Vidyalaya and Royal College, Colombo, earned his medical degree from the Colombo Faculty of Medicine. Over the past five years, he has served as a doctor and medical officer in charge at several government hospitals.
In addition to his medical career, Dr. Najith Indika is known for his involvement as a student and political activist during his time in India.
