Accolade and triumph at annual Bett Asia Awards which drew contenders from Singapore, India, China and Japan

DP Education, under the Dhammika and Priscilla Perera Foundation, was honoured with The Disruptor accolade at the Bett Asia Awards held in Bangkok, Thailand last week.

This prestigious award distinguishes trailblazers who employ innovative tech solutions to redefine education, making it more relevant for the modern age. The annual Bett Asia Awards celebrate and champion the EdTech trendsetters and innovators who are revolutionising education across the Asia-Pacific region.

The Disruptor Award reflects a pressing need for an evolution in educational methods, highlighting the integration of technology to foster future-ready students.

Amidst a strong line-up of contenders like EduSpark World and Noodle Factory, both from Singapore, Dolphin International School and Learning Links Foundation, both from India and other contenders from Thailand, Malaysia, Japan and China, DP Education shone brightest.

Its unwavering dedication to infusing tech advances in pedagogy was evident, championing a paradigm shift in educational practices.

A spokesperson for DP Education said: “This award is more than an honour – it’s a mandate. While we are humbled by this recognition, we see it as a shared victory. It’s a win for every educator, learner, and advocate who envisions a tech-integrated online educational landscape. With this accolade, we reaffirm our promise to push boundaries and ensure every educational institution is primed for the future.”

The Bett Asia Awards witnessed commendations from industry stalwarts who acknowledged DP Education’s role in elevating educational standards. This award underscores the crucial blend of traditional teaching with modern technology, setting a gold standard in the educational realm.

In an era marked by rapid advancements, DP Education’s recognition at Bett Asia underscores the importance of progressive, tech-integrated learning solutions for students to thrive in the digital age.
