Doubt cleared! The cause of Lalith Kotalawala’s death is established! I Sri Lanka Latest News

According to Bambalapitiya Police, the cause of death of famous millionaire businessman Deshmanya Lalith Kotalawala (85) was due to deterioration of sputum and aggravation of pneumonia. href=”https://sinhala.mawratanews.lk/exclusive/matara-still-heavy-rain/”>I Sri Lanka Latest News

The police say that this was revealed during the post-mortem examination held on (23) at the Colombo Forensic Medical Officer’s office, including three forensic medical officers including expert forensic medical officer W.RAS.Rajapaksa.

According to a complaint made by a relative of the family to the Bambalapitiya Police that the death of local Dr. Lalith Kotalawala was suspicious, the post-mortem examination was conducted on the dead body through a three-person expert forensic officer team and according to an order given to the police after reporting the matter to the court.

Accordingly, the post-mortem examination regarding the death of Mr Kotalawala was held for almost 3 hours at the Colombo Medical Examiner’s Office and according to the medical report issued there, it was concluded that the cause of death of Mr Deshmanya Lalith Kotalawala was pneumonia caused by the deterioration of phlegm.
