Foreign media outlets are reporting that Republican Party candidate Donald Trump has emerged victorious in the U.S. presidential election.
Based on the results that have been released so far, Trump has secured 277 electoral votes, while Democratic Party candidate Kamala Harris has garnered 226 electoral votes.
A total of 270 electoral votes is needed to win the presidential election.
