Dinesh Shafter had stopped on his way to Kanatha from home to pick up a snack, according to the investigation.

So far, police investigations have revealed that Dinesh Shafter, who was killed, had stopped at a popular store to buy a snack on his way from his home to Boralla Kanaththa.


According to information, statements have been recorded from over 30 people thus far, and some close associates of Shafter are also being targeted for questioning.


Despite reports that Dineshe’s wife, Tani Shermin Shafter, was questioned for more than four hours yesterday, she was questioned today and made a statement this morning (20).


Investigators allegedly obtained a lengthy statement from her.


The criminal investigation department’s organized crime and homicide division has conducted highly sophisticated investigations and uncovered vital and scientific data that is being reported.


Furthermore, it is claimed that the entire distance of Dinesh’s final journey was covered by CCTV cameras, and are being examined by the criminal investigation department, a total of 42 CCTV clippings are being examined currently
