Diana Gamage has travelled to Sri Lanka in two different British passports,has violated emigration and immigration regulations in many occations!

Mr. Oshala Herath, who was prosecuted before the court regarding the Minister of State, Mrs. Diana Gamage, once again clarified the matter in front of the media.

He pointed out that legal action will be taken against the officials who do not implement the law even though the court has given clear orders.

Mr Oshala claims she has travelled to Sri Lanka in two occations under two British Passports and obtain Sri Lankan Visa to enter the country this alone is enough to prove that she is a Britsh citizen. He further said that she has obtain false Sri Lankan National Identiticarsds and despite criminal investigation officials facts reporting affirming all these , and despite cout has allowed to execute necessary legal action the official have failed to do so, and this constitute to negligence on the authorities concern.

Investigators have revealed she has produced two birth certificates to obtain her two forged Sri Lankan passport Mr Oshala firthe stated. He requested the authorities to implement the law on Diana Gamage at their earliest
