State Minister of Tourism Diana Gamage says that she is now using a toothpaste made from hemp to brush her teeth. She said this while attending a news conference held in Colombo. She mentions that hemp is a fruitful crop that can produce many different products.
The Minister of State says that she never proposed to use hemp as a drink in Sri Lanka and instead suggested to the government that it grow it as an export crop and use it as a way to bring dollars to the country. She further claims that she is strongly against drugs.
