According to reports from Australian media outlets, cricket player Danushka Gunathilaka has filed a second bail application today, following his detention and subsequent allegations of four counts of sexual intercourse without consent.
The bail hearing will take place on December 8 according to the schedule set by the New South Wales Supreme Court.
